How to fill MP Board 10th and 12th Supplementary Form 2023?
In the four steps below, we have explained how you can easily fill the MP Board 10th and 12th Supplementary Form online and check which subjects have supplementary exams:
Step 1
To fill the MP Board Class 10th and 12th Supplementary Form, you need to first visit https://www.mponline.gov.in/. Here, you will find three options, as shown in the image above. You need to click on the “Counter-Based Form” option.
Step 2
Now a new page will open where you will find the link for the Supplementary Form. You need to click on the “Supplementary Exam Form 2023” in Serial No. 3.
स्टेप 3
A new form page will open in front of you, where you need to select the application type as “Supplementary”, choose your class in the “Class” section, select “Main” in the exam type, and choose the passing year as “2023”. Now enter your roll number, fill in the captcha box, and then click on the search button.
स्टेप 4
Upon searching, you will see your roll number, application and name, date of birth, and also the list of subjects for which you have the supplementary exams. Now, you need to click on the payment option and make the payment (you can use net banking, credit or debit card, or Paytm for online payment). Once the payment is made, your form will be submitted, and you can download your receipt.

स्टेप 1
एमपी बोर्ड कक्षा 10वी और 12वी का सप्पलीमेंटरी फॉर्म को भरने के लिए सबसे पहले आपको https://www.mponline.gov.in/ पर जाना होगा यहाँ पर आपको तीन ऑप्शन मिलते हैं जो आप उप्पर इमेज में देख सकते है। आपको काउंटर बेस्ड फॉर्म पर क्लिक करना है।
स्टेप 2
अब आपके सामने एक नया पेज ओपन होगा जिसमे आपको सप्लीमेंट्री फॉर्म का लिंक मिलेगी आपको सेरिएल नम्बर 3 में Supplementary Exam Form 2023 पर टच करना है।
स्टेप 3
आपके सामने एक नया फॉर्म पेज ओपन होगा जिसमे आपको एप्लीकेशन टाइप (सप्लीमेंट्री) सेलेक्ट करना है , क्लास में अपना क्लास सेलेक्ट करें , एग्जाम टाइप में (मेन) सेलेक्ट करें और पासिंग ईयर (2023) सेलेक्ट करें अब अपना रोल नंबर डाल कर कैप्चा बॉक्स भरे और फिर सर्च बटन पर क्लिक करें।
स्टेप 4
सर्च करने पर आपके सामने आपका रोल नंबर, एप्लीकेशन और नाम, जन्म तारिक, और साथ ही माता पिता का नाम, जिन विषय में सप्लीमेंट्री मिली है उनकी लिस्ट दिखाई देगी अब आपको पेमेंट वाले ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करके पेमेंट पे करना है (आप पेमेंट ऑनलाइन करने के लिए नेट बैंकिंग, क्रेडिट और डेबिट कार्ड के साथ पेटीएम का इस्तेमाल कर सकते है) और पेमेंट करते है आपका फॉर्म सबमिट हो जायेगा और आप अपना रसीद डाउनलोड कर सकते है।
